My buffer zones were behind another layer and it took me two hours to figure that out. I could have selected the other county and just added and I almost did that. But I thought it might affect something later in the lesson so I started over from scratch and the next time through, there were 11 counties. I have no idea what I did wrong the first time or did different the second time. I had a hard time showing the rings to where they didn't overpower the rest of the map. After making them transparent, I think it is shows the crimes in the 2, 4, and 6 mile radious without being overpowering. The Clear Lake Station has the largest amount of crimes and is quite far from any other station.
